By accessing or using Arcane Desk, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the data you upload and the permissions you grant to other users.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are priced per active employee. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

The service and its content, excluding your data, are owned by Arcane Desk and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you upload.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, you can export your data during a reasonable retention window.

The service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
